Phantom Blade Zero keeps it simple: two digital editions, $59.99 and $69.99, no physical release, and no story content locked behind either one. But there’s a wrinkle worth knowing before you buy — outside the US, PC is meaningfully cheaper than PS5, and buying on Epic throws in a Fortnite skin.

The Digital Deluxe adds four items: the “Wulin Legend” outfit, the “Blood-Steel Form” outfit, a digital artbook and the digital soundtrack. That’s it — all cosmetic or supplementary. S-GAME’s own site calls it simply “Deluxe Edition” while the stores call it “Digital Deluxe”; the contents are identical.
The regional pricing gap is real
This is the most actionable thing on this page. In the US, PS5 and PC cost the same. In the UK and eurozone, they don’t:
- UK: PC is £5 cheaper on both editions
- Europe: PC is €10 cheaper on both editions
If you’re in Europe and platform-agnostic, PC is straightforwardly the better deal.
Preorder bonuses — and why they’re skippable
Preordering on any store gets you two items:
- Treasure Basin (accessory) — “Increases Remnant Dust drop rate by 10%”
- Legacy (outfit) — a cosmetic for Soul
Now the important fine print, straight from the official store text: “Early Unlock: The above content can also be obtained through in-game progression.” Neither item is permanently missable. If you’d rather wait for reviews, you lose nothing but a head start.
The Epic bonus: a Fortnite skin
The one genuinely store-exclusive extra. Buying Phantom Blade Zero on the Epic Games Store grants, as a gift with purchase:
- The Soul Outfit in Fortnite
- Sanguine Pickaxe and Back Bling
It isn’t PC-locked — it works on console too, as long as that console account is linked to the Epic account that made the purchase. Note that these items also go on sale separately in the Fortnite Item Shop from October 29 (8 PM ET) through November 5 (7 PM ET), so it’s a limited window rather than a permanent addition.
No edition plays early
Worth stating plainly since it’s a common preorder question: the PlayStation Store lists the identical unlock timestamp (02:00 UTC, October 29) on both the Standard and Digital Deluxe SKUs. Nobody starts early.
What doesn’t exist
Things you may see claimed elsewhere that have not been announced as of mid-August 2026:
- Physical / boxed / collector’s edition — none through official channels. This has become a live question: Kotaku noted on August 12 that every preorder option is digital, the PlayStation Store shows no physical SKU, and even the official trailer features the PS5 Digital Edition console. S-GAME didn’t respond to Kotaku’s request for comment, so treat physical as unannounced rather than ruled out
- A third, higher-tier edition — no Ultimate or Premium SKU on any store
- DLC or season pass — nothing listed on Steam
- PS Plus or Game Pass inclusion — not announced (and console Game Pass isn’t possible during the 12-month PS5 exclusivity window)
